What’s it like to work with you?
You work directly with me — no account managers, no handoffs — plus a small team of trusted practitioners I bring in when a project calls for it. We start with a purposeful discovery phase to build a shared language around your goals, then work from a clearly structured plan with defined milestones and expected cycles. Communication stays direct and open the whole way, so you always know where things stand.
What’s your process?
We take discovery seriously, working collaboratively with you to define a clear North Star that guides everyone involved. From there we move in iterative cycles: working, in-browser prototypes you can put in front of real users, with AI helping us validate decisions earlier. You're kept informed every step of the way — no disappearing for long stretches. And we partner closely with the rest of your team, from executives and developers to project managers and content creators, so the work fits how you actually build.
Do you write the production code?
No — shipping production-ready code is your developers' craft, and they're best at it. What we hand off is a working, in-browser prototype, a design system, or both — making the intended experience and behavior unmistakable, with the design decisions already resolved, so your team can build it accurately and fast, with no guesswork.
How fast can you deliver?
It depends — every project is different. But rather than hide behind static artifacts and stacks of documentation, our goal is to pin down the goals and the people we're designing for, then start building, experimenting, and learning as fast as possible. The sooner we can validate or rule out a solution, the better.
What kinds of projects do you take on?
Our focus has been UX challenges in product and website design, along with brand and identity work. We'll also take the helm on dedicated UX discovery efforts, or step into a team to provide a stabilizing UX leadership role. We partner with startups, agencies, and established organizations alike.
How are engagements priced?
